How to break this to my (embarring) parents?

My parents used to do the same to me. If I were you I wouldn't really protest or keep telling them "Please, you're embarring me." That will make them keep teasing you. If you kind of stay shut or just look at them seriously and answer in 'yes' or 'no' only when they talk to you about it, they'll shut up, haha.

I went 40KM over a speed bump did I do damage?

****! its raining and its dark and I just wanted to go home quick and I didnt see a speed bump and I went over it with my mustang gt that I just got 4 days ago now I feel as if its less powerful than before but thats probably in my mind, do u think i did any damage? it went over the bump fast but skidded under a bit

Battle with our own minds...?

Why do we FEEL heartache and pain(romantically) when the battle is within our own minds. Why can't we just do mind over matter and resolve it...no more constant pain, no more recurring memories or thoughts. Why do we even feel the heart hurt?
