High fever in 12 month old?

ok so a little over 3 weeks ago my son came down with a fever (104.7) so i took him to dayton childrens hospital they told me he had a double ear infection and sent us home. the next day i took him to the ears nose throat doc and he said his ears were perfect!! so he must just have a viral infection. ok so a week later he still has a fever in the 104 area. so i take him to liberty childrens hospital. they took blood and urine samples and done a x ray on his chest everything came back fine so they sent us on our way. well a couple of days ago he is still running this fever (3 weeks ) so we go to the pediatrition and he says bronchi (yesturday) and today he is just miserable so we go to cincinnati childrens and they said he doesnt have bronchitis just a cold!!! and sent us home. im out of things to do for him i have gave him tylenol and motrin for 3 weeks and it wont break but every doc is telling me something differant and NO ONE is helping this go away... what do i do??
