How to make good nacho cheese?

you can thin it with milk or water. I like to use some jalapeno juice from the sliced jalapenos you get in the jar. or you can make queso dip by adding 1 can of tomatoes and green chilis (rotel) add 1 can per pound of velveeta. do not drain the can and add a little water if still too thick.
