Christians: What would happen to countries that don't want to be ruled by Jesus?

Seeing as you believe in the millennial rule of Jesus after the supposed antichrist is slaughtered and his world government is dismantled, how would a world government under one man be any better? How do you plan to force countries that don't want to be ruled under Christianity, such as India, China, most of the middle-east, Europe, and Africa? Or will it all be done by force (crusades) and be a bloody dictatorship?
