Do I need a lawyer for Foreclosure on my house?

Doug, Arizona is not a state that allows deficiency judgments so if you walk away all the will get is the house. Walk away before you get the eviction or foreclosure on your credit. I am no attorney but I am pretty sure that is what they would tell you. Don'y waste your money on an attorney. If you don't want the house than just take it as your chance to get out of there.
