Whats a good 4wd suv for around 15000 dollars?

i am turning 16 in december and i live in colorado but i am moving back to cali at summer time. i just need a winter beater to get me through this winter. my price budget is 15000 dollars. i snowboard every weekend so all wheel drive or 4wd is perfect...and cars that do good in the snow but still have enough room for friends to take riding. thanks. if you have any questions just ask. thanks...and i don't want a really old one...like 2003 is the lowest i will go.
