Oakland Raiders @ Jacksonville Jaguars?

Still too early to tell. I think what we are seeing is a preview of their future, not necessarily their present. What I mean is, this is just one great season so far. We need to see just how well they do next year before we jump to conclusions. But remember the AFC West is still a tight division with the Chiefs holding a two game lead over both the Chargers and Raiders. That being said, I think the Raider are having a heck of a year. When you look at the talent they have I think its quite obvious the Raiders are in the same position the Lions are, and that is they are playing this well because of how many years they have had high draft picks. The only difference between the two teams is, the Lions haven't been able to take advantage of their opportunities. The Raiders I think will miss the playoffs this season. The final two spots are held by the Ravens and the Jets. That means its going to be difficult for the Raiders to make it to the post season. I don't think their season is a bust if they don't make it, but I do think they are showing that they can contend next season. In fact, I'm surprised at how well Tom Cable has coached. It will be close, but I still think the Raiders will at the very least end with 2nd place in the division.
