Help! My computer freezes during boot when trying to enter safe mode or last known good configuration.?

Try to do the Safe Mode boot again. I know that when I boot in safe mode, the screen will sort of just hang there while it's listing these files. Give it a few minutes, maybe walk away and get something to drink right now while you do that.
