Help Please......?

Im getting bullied like i mean not just at school but even out of school on hoildays like me and my ex friend were good mates but she told everyone in cl in email how much she hates me im BXTCH and SliUt and more and how Jealours she is of me my parents get me alot things coz they earn more money then hers. she doesn't like my best mate. she emailed it to me by acciedent i said to her i know what she been saying about me she said i dont care! and her and this girl (who stealer and more and i hate her) best bud and been verbley abusing me when ever they get chance too and yeh i was on my emails the other day she said i dont care where not friends anymore boo hoo i am about cry anyways u weren't good friend u stab me in back but actley she stab me in back she was one who said shiit about me yes i have tryed ignoring them doesn't work they live too close in my cl so how do i make them stop and make her want me back? (but i wont be her friend ) so can u help?
