I seem to have stopped losing weight after 5 weeks atkins diet?

you gotta switch up the workout. your body will get used to the muscle movements so you need to change your routine to put a "shock" to them. think it might be better to focus on weight training on 3 days a week and cardio on the off days. i also take a fat burner to give me that extra pep (preworkout) and muscle recovery supplements (post workout). how often do you focus on leg workouts? I have a buddy that does crossfit. look it up. the workouts are more efficient since it's main premise is to go through a workout, but you are judged not on the weight you lift and whether you finish, but how fast you finish the entire set.
