What is the best do it at home bleaching product for already died hair.?

I bleached and then dyed my hair blue a couple weeks ago.The blue is a washout prouduct but some of the blonder areas in my hair took the blue realy well.So I am left with blue blond green and brown hair.I want to go Gwen Stafonie blond.I need alittle advice on what non profeshonall prouduct to use.Thanks...
