Can you help me?

i have a problem. i like these two girls, one has a bf and the other doesnt, i dont think. the girl that doesnt (lets call her jess) hangs and drags every boy around school. the other (lets call her sam) she has a bf but every day after lunch at my locker she tries to cuddle w/ me and she kisses me. after school she acts like we just friends. what do i do. im stuck
