no your chances are not broken! actual why you apply for school, and they do see that you have improved from your freshman, and part of your sopre year, they will tend to let some of that slide! the fact is they want you where you are at, so just keep doing good, also, try to get that GPA up just a little bit, it all depends what school you want to go to!
