LOTS of questions about anorexia, if you have gone through this or actaully know a lot about it answer :)?
So like okay in order to gain muscles you first have to eat or like drink protein shakes like thats what i did like i drank a protien shake then i went and lifted it helps you gain muscle you will like be bloated for a few days dont drink it every day but after that it will all go to musles. And slimfast those are pretty good to and it feels oyu up with out having to eat just make sure you dont eat food with in certain hours you could gain more weight. Hey and bananas make your metabolism work faster plus it helps with soarness... Okay other than that i dont know dont work out hard cause you will burn of caloires which mean no weight gain but like yoga and other work out like that will and should help you plenty i hope this helps
