Does Cat Stevens(Yasuf Islam)'s call for Salman Rushdies death deter you from listening to his music?

I used to love Cat Stevens.Morning has Broken is beautiful. But, he moved to Iran and supported the fatwa issued by the Ayatollah Khomeni, calling for the death of a fellow artist, Salman Rushdie. So , when I hear Cat, I change stations, How about you?
