Houston, do you have a problem with this?

My groundskeeper on Mars swears that a rather large asteroid will hit the red planet on January 30, 2008 - less than six weeks from today. Houston, how is this gonna affect the real estate value of my Martian villa? And where can I find a good cleaner to wash off the red gunk from the walls? Any advice will be deeply appreciated.
