Is Booker T working with or without a contract at TNA?

I heard rumors that right now he is wrestling with the idea that he gets paid when he shows up(like rikishi did) or does he have an exclusive contract? and how long do you give him until he realizes more money is to be made with his school and store, and will it be his priority that will take him away from wrestling
