Puking after dinner tonight??? any ideas why?

so i usually have chicken french for dinner at work made by the HEAD chef but this time the new guy made it for me and right after i was done eating i threw up like projectile vommit outside by the dumpster!!! very unusual for me to puke after a meal. I have a STRONG stomach so wasnt that i was sick or i have a stomach bug or anything. any idea what was wrong with the chicken french? i serisouly think something was messed up with the chix french
