Special Ed Preschool Teachers?

I am thinking of a career as a Special Ed Preschool Teacher for the Deaf and HOH in California. Does anyone have any information or advise they can p on? I need to know info on certification, tests and what ever else you may know. I already have a B.A .in CAD and I minored in SPED. It would be greatly appreciated.
