Tragus piercing questions?

ok here its night and tomorrow first thing in the morning i am getting my tragus pierced and ear lobe piercings x 3 .. i already have an industrial that is healing on my right ear and ear lobe piercings x 2 on both ears.. i also have nose piercing and my navel .. compare to these how painfull is the tragus piercing? i am getting it on my left ear as the right one- industrial ( not tragus) is still healing.. i also want to know how to clean it - i believe is somehow difficult. And another question: how long will it take me to put an earphone in ? because i've been told it might get infected or swallen or something
