What does kelly clarkson I do not hook up song mean?

At first I thought oh I get it, she's not "cheap" itshe doesn't just hook up with anyone type meaning.... but then throughout the whole song she talks about how he needs to put the bottle down, and makes references that he needs to stop the drinking. So I don't get it because it seems like she's trying to throw to many meanings into one song. What do you think it's about?
