Will Favre have a 'typical' 30 TD season?

Whenever Favre has had anything resembling a decent team, he has always been good for 30+ TD's. Even though the Vikings will be run-first team, Favre will get one on ones on his receivers. I think he will get 30 TD's and 13 picks this year.
